Moving house is very stressful for everyone. So many things to organise and never enough time. When you pack up all your belongings and move country, the biggest priority is… recording it!


This library covers packing, taping, moving, shifting and real activity of house movers. At the other end, I took the time to carefully and chaotically rip, tear, drop, slide, rummage, shift, stomp, fall, jump, and unpack with both natural and super close recordings. You get real movements in real spaces of humans doing physical work, moving around and making natural efforts. You also get great close clean impacts and rips as I attack boxes, mattresses, cardboard, plastic and tape in many ways which are a springboard for kinetic sound design.
